Today I Begin....
work on a commissioned piece. This will be a fun one I can tell. I am going to be combining this picture of a palm tree 
with this picture of Steve McQueen! My plan is to have him sort of leaning against the tree, but if that doesn't look right, then he will be closer to the bottom left corner, like he is walking away from the tree, I think that will work better. Oh I did flip the picture of the tree so that it will be leaning the other way.
Now you may be thinking,,hmmm sounds pretty easy, what I haven't said yet is that I am converting BOTH pictures to fabric, through applique, maybe paints, etc! The person who ordered this is giving it to someone who loves both palm trees and Steve McQueen. I can't wait to see how this comes out! Will be my first attempt at showing a bit more skin than just a face so it is a little scarey...lol
