Eye of the Storm

Another challenge entry, for a different group :-). The theme on this group is summer storms. Since summer is hurricane season I knew I was going to do something along that line the
minute I saw the theme . I chose a real simple method, some water fabric to represent ocean where they all start, then a spiral of lace, with the eye in the center. You can't tell from the
picture but the lace has silver along the edges and the yellow looking part is gold. I chose that lace for lightening as well as the sunshine after the storm. Also because though deadly, hurricane's have a powerful beauty about them. The laces edge also works well for the clouds!
It is a 7.5" square.

No enhancements at all, set this up on the table against that background fabric, took a couple of shots from different angles, and this is the one I like best.

The first in a series of shell pictures..all featuring the same shell, again this has been manipulated in a photo program, I love the color of the shell.
