Today Myles started kindergarten, here he is with his Mom and Dad waiting for his name to be called to stand with his class. Sarita says that he is the biggest kid in his class..LOL Even the principal said that during orientation. He called Myles and they stood, he called a couple of times and she said he's right here. Where? When they pointed to Myles he said. HE'S in kdg? Wow you're a big guy!
She said that her and Carlos peeked in the classroom windows and saw him,,all the little boys were sitting together on one side of the *circle* Myles was sitting on the other side, surrounded by little girls..LOL
She also said that he didn't cry, she didn't cry but his Dad cried...awwwww...and they were the ONLY ones taking pictures! Everyone was looking at them like they were weird.
Can't wait til she drops him off later to hear all about his day :-)
After school update, btw, he is in all day kdg. 8:30-2:40
Myles said that he had a GREAT day! That they listened to songs, went
to the library and listened to stories, colored, did puzzles, went
outside, had snack and then nachos and a banana for lunch..he couldn't
remember what else they did but knew he had a good time lol
And he is on the Green Team which just happens to be his favorite
color :-) He said he didn't pick it the teacher put him there and that
every team has 3 kids, so it is him, another boy and a girl.
This is cute,,,after he got done telling me about his day, he turned
to his Mom and said.."so how was YOUR first day at school?" (she started college classes today) LOL
He said there is a couple of mean (I think he means kids that don't
listen) boys but the teacher took care of them fast.
