Follow Your Dreams

In my quest to experience and try ALL forms of art, last night I did this. I like everything except the sides, which I may attempt to change. I made them by gluing down creased and folded torn coffee filters to give texture, then painted blue , which I didn't like, so then sponged on dark plum, and orange, and added yellow 2D squiggles, which I didn't like, so repainted everything dark plum, looks a little like tree bark, not sure if it is staying this way or not.
As you can probably guess this is a collage. I just noticed I haven't finished painting the lady on the stairs, She had on a long sleeve shirt, but I am changing her top and her hair to match the lady sleeping in the bed.
I am really having fun trying all these different things lately!
