




next I cut a piece of black tulle to fit and lay it on the top very carefully smoothing it out, once all the little pieces are trapped under the tulle I place this section on the batting, which is already on the backing and pin all the parts I want to stay in place together, also around the edges to keep all loose pieces of fabric inside.
